Lost On Methusala IV

This originated as a pen and ink demonstration while working at an art store for a customer so they could see the phenomenal action of the sakura brush pen. I don’t often draw straight to pen & ink - I like (as a habit) to pre-sketch everything to amend anything I don’t like in the line work. This piece then came with me while demonstrating at Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo the use of Copic Sketch markers. After working with it twice I became rather attached to the idea of this character making an appearance in a graphic novel I’m writing at this time. Stay tuned!!!
